Following are cases that illustrate the carelessness surrounding the pro creation of children by seemingly selfish or uncaring individuals who are responsible for childbirth without an awareness of the needs of their dependants.

WHO WINS WHEN A SPERM DONOR MEETS A GREEDY, SELFISH WOMAN ?
A gay man, thought he was helping a good friend from medical school. He had promised her that he would donate his sperm so she could undergo 'In-vitro fertilization' and become a mother.
In 2000, he donated sperm to help the woman conceive. She used his sperm to have two babies both of whom are now teenagers. This year, she is suing him for child support.
Ontario law states that known sperm and egg donors can he held liable for child support based on biology alone.
The mother claims that the sperm donor has acted as father for the teens’ lives to date. His parents were seen as grandparents and the teens met with his extended family on holidays.
He paid for trips for the children to visit him in Europe, or to take them to Disneyland. In 2011, he gave the mother $22,000 to help out with costs.
After the second child was born in 2002, the pair signed an agreement giving the mother full custody. It detailed that she would not look to him for any financial support; however, now she’s arguing he has acted as a father all along. Her application states that her children clearly view him as their dad. The teens exchange emails with him and he signs them “dad”. As recently as 2015 they spent a week with him and his partner in Italy.
Documents show that the mother makes just under $250,000 a year as a gynaecologist, obstetrician and university professor. He made just under $280,000 with the World Bank in Europe.
If she is successful in her case, he will be on the hook for four years of retroactive child support, since 2012, as well as other expenses, including post-secondary education.

WHO LOSES WHEN THE FATHER IS A GANG MEMBER AND MURDERER?
Darwin Duane Dorozan, a man with gang links, was found guilty of brutally murdering and drowning a teenage girl under a Victoria bridge in 1997. He was serving a life sentence in prison for killing 14-year-old Reena Virk. Dorozon was out on day parole when he was allowed intimate visits with Kelly Ellard in the spring. He was granted full parole in August, but it has since been revoked after an alleged breach. Dorozon, 41, is a man with gang links. His conviction in 2001 was centred around his part in the kidnapping and robbing of a drug dealer who had been tortured, shot and killed.
Currently he has had his parole revoked. The parole board said in its ruling, "On the same date full parole was granted, police advised CSC that you were a person of interest in the suspicious disappearance of a low-level drug dealer in May 2016." After reviewing this information, the CSC made a decision to issue a warrant of apprehension and suspension for the protection of society.”
Kelly Ellard is serving a life sentence for second-degree murder. She was convicted in her role of the beating and drowning Reena Virk when both were teenagers. Ellard was denied day parole in May despite the Parole Board of Canada noting that she was finally taking some responsibility for the murder and had made strides in her rehabilitation. She became pregnant and gave birth to a son in November 2016. Ellard was granted day parole in November 2017. She has changed her name to Kerry Marie Sim.
Who is looking after Ellard's baby? A convicted mother serving a life sentence in prison for murder, or a father convicted of murder and gang related crimes?
ASLEEP WITH SON IN THEIR BED??
An Illinois couple was charged in the death of their infant son, Anterio, after they found him unresponsive in their bed one morning. The medical examiner says the cause is "unexpected death in infancy with a history of co-sleeping," and thus begins the finger pointing at a couple who slept with their baby. It is also reported that they were intoxicated when they went to bed with their little boy, and one of them rolled on top of him during the night, resulting in his death. The police say that the parents were under the influence of alcohol and marijuana at the time.
FATHER'S PAIN CHILD SUFFERS? POOR KIDS RIGHT?
Nia Eastman had been picked up from from school by her father, Adam Eastman, who was found dead on a property east of Smeaton, Sask. The RCMP found Nia’s body in a home in Choiceland, Saskatchewan. Autopsies were ordered to determine the cause of death for both the deceased.
According to a Saskatchewan provincial court document, Adam Eastman was facing an assault charge. A peace officer said he believed Eastman committed an assault on Crystal Eastman, Nia’s mother, on Aug. 23 in. The court had no record of convictions against Eastman.
A female business owner in Choiceland, Saskatchewan told the press that Nia’s father dropped in for a talk pretty much every day. She did not want her name used but said that Eastman and his wife had recently separated and Nia was their only child. The woman went on to say that Eastman had two children from a previous common-law relationship and had worked at a Co-op for a while, but was currently unemployed. “He was having mental issues. Him and his wife split up. It wasn’t a good situation,” she said.

It's not a bad thing to be called an Old Fart.
During the National Anthem They remove their hats, stand at attention and sing without embarrassment. They know the words and believe in them.
Old Farts remember World War II, Normandy , Spitfires and Hitler. They remember the Atomic Bomb, Vietnam , the Korean War, the Cold War, the Moon Landing and all the Peacekeeping Missions from 1945 to 2005.
Old Farts hold the door for the next person and always, when walking, make certain the lady is on the inside for protection.
Old Farts get embarrassed if someone swears in front of women and children and they don't like any filthy language on TV.
Old Farts have moral courage and personal integrity. They seldom brag except about their children and grandchildren.
Old Farts know our great country is protected, not by politicians, but by the men and women in uniform.
This country needs Old Farts with their work ethic, sense of responsibility, pride in their country and decent values.
