THE MESSAGE:
Anger is a feeling that causes your mouth to work fast and your mind to disappear. Pressure turns into stress when you feel you are being treated unfairly. Everyone reacts differently to what we perceive as unbearable or unacceptable experiences.
Common stressors include competitive sports, issues at work, relationships, money matters, future plans and even city driving (who knew). Stress can affect how you feel, think, and behave. I think it is fair to say that we have all been there. It can also impact how your body functions. Common signs of stress include, one or more of the following; anger, anxiety and difficulty concentrating. These often are accompanied with yelling, wall punching, chair kicking and or desk sweeping, It is worth taking the time to learn different strategies and techniques for managing your stress before there are serious consequences for your mental and physical well-being.
FOR ATHLETES.
A Good time to reflect on anger management is sitting in the dressing room before a game and reviewing the past experiences.
FOR PEOPLE IN RELATIONSHIPS.
Take the time to reflect after a particularly heated argument and before the next meeting.
FOR PARENTS
There is no place in any family for uncontrolled anger. A child can be frustrating or annoying. Remember it is a fact that “love conquers all!"
FOR DRIVERS
Remember that 'Stupid Man' doesn't own the road. Others may be more cautious, less hurried, less aggressive, more patient, more polite or more stupid. Pedestrians and bikers should be allowed to share the roadway.

FOR EMPLOYEES.
Use the time after diner and away from the job, to confer with an empathetic ear and remember the maxim to "think it through."
TONY'S STRESS MANAGEMENT LIST
FEEL!
When you feel yourself getting angry, take a mental step back, take a deep breath and simply say to yourself “Relax.” It SHOULD instantly lower your stress.
What’s upsetting you. If you’re not going to be upset about it in an hour, in a day, or in a week, it’s not worth being upset about now. So, let it go.
THINK!
THINK!
Reflect on how to change it rather than wasting your energy on being angry about it.
Tell yourself about not being angry, "I’m leaving this behind, and I’m not going to worry about it anymore."
WALK AWAY!
Leave the scene calmly and take a break.
If you let go of your anger, you’ll be happier and stay younger longer.
