IN GOD WE TRUST??? BLOG #2260; FRI AUG 21,2020

THE COMEBACK
IN GOD WE TRUST?

I have always trusted my judgement!
If I throw a stick you would leave, right?

THE MESSAGE:

True love and trust go hand in hand. The relationship between two loving individuals can only survive when mutual trust is a reality. How is trust established? At the beginning of a romantic meeting, there can be no real trust. As time spent together on meaningful occasions passes, trust must develop and truth should prevail. It follows, therefore, that in trusting, one is exposed to risk. Always remember, mistakes can be forgiven.

TONY TODAY:

The question of when trust is justified is of considerable importance.  If trust is in fact well-grounded, then the danger of it is either minimized or eliminated altogether. There is also the question of whether trust is plausible. Trust may not be warranted in a particular situation because it is simply not plausible. To believe that trust exists in a relationship, both parties must feel that it is justified, well-grounded and plausible.

Trusting requires that we can allow ourself to be vulnerable to another's   betrayal.  We are able to think well of them  and believe  that they are able to be faithful to us in certain respects. We believe that their motive for the relationship  is clear and acceptable to  us. There can be no suspicion. When we trust people, we are optimistic not only that they are competent to do what we trust them to do, but also that they are committed to doing it.
