Someone once said that a real man is the kind of man that when his feet hit the floor each morning the devil says Oh Crap, he's up! Is a brother more likely to be a helpful soul or the devil's advocate?A real brother is a friend who walks with you when the rest of society walks on you.

What is a brother? To a younger brother or sister, he may be a guide to help navigate the bumpy road of becoming a responsible adult. At times a little brother may be seen as a tag along and a pain in the ass. As much as siblings squabble and holler "that's mine!" when they are young, this should not be taken as a sign that they do not love each other. Realistically, most siblings would lay down their life for each other. As children grow up they usually find it easier to get along and relate to their siblings in meaningful and rewarding ways.
Having lived with the experience of having a brother and close friends who truly do 'have your back'; it is indeed helpful to recall those relationship experiences when confronted with some everyday frustrations or unpleasantries.

The next time you are faced with a somewhat idiotic driver, who causes the rage to boil up inside of you, think of your little brother smashing his basketball into the ship model that you spent a year building and admiring. How badly he felt! How easy it was to show forgiveness -----later on!

The United Nations is a colossal failure when it comes to Global Brotherhood. People are being forced to flee their countries because of rape, murder and other unspeakable crimes. Our world requires an International Police Force that can go into a country with such evil forces and make it possible for those people to live lives under humanitarian and civilized conditions. Wealthier and educated nations have a moral obligation to do what they can to make religions secondary to brotherly love.
