RAPE, IS THERE REALLY A QUESTION HERE?; BLOG # 153; OCT 17,2014

THE MESSAGE:

Administrators probe "rape" photos staged by group of boys at a long island high school

The boys in these photos are asking "What constitutes a rape?"  Or perhaps they are complaining that it is too easy for a female to cry 'rape' after the fact! Or they are a bunch of smart asses trying to be funny by making light of rape. Or they are trying to make a serious statement. What do you think?

HERE ARE SOME COMMENTS ON THESE PHOTOS BY UNKNOWN AUTHORS:

These do not reflect the position or attitude of Tony on the subject! They are presented as publicized verbalization to the photos above.
  • In a Twitter post, a female classmate of the boys wrote, “These assholes did this for senior class pictures today. Wait till they see me tomorrow.” She later added, “I don't even want to enter the doors of Commack High School tomorrow or ever where there are people who find rape as a joke.”
  • Is it any wonder that some young males in the USA are recruited by terrorist groups. Is this country any better than societies that treat women as second class citizens?
  • I get it. 'Rape' with a question mark. With so many girls in high school or college drinking themselves into a near coma, all the while knowing full well that they will present themselves as targets for sexual adventure, and then after the fact deciding, if they on second thought, or sober thought, did not like the chatter from their friends as to what they did and who they did it with, will suddenly declare it was not consensual, and thereby avert the guilt they feel the next day.
    • (COMMENT ON THE ABOVE COMMENT) This happens more than many realize. The girls are keeping the option open to clear themselves of 'being a slut' at the expense of the guy or guys they throw under the rape bus.
  • There used to be a saying that most rapes occurred on the morning after. Wise saying. Better for both boys and girls to avoid the situations that lead to sex and never have to worry about being accused of rape...or about how to support a family that suddenly came into existence. We are far too casual about sex nowadays.
  • Hmm...so I look at both pictures and I see...the first one with a "?" and they all seem to be happy or nice...in the second one with a bound victim and a "." , they all seem somber or mean looking. ..Perhaps it is art making a statement about day after regret vs violent assault. It's obvious to me they are protesting how easily and with complete impunity a woman/girl can claim rape against a man and ruin his life. They show in the second picture what a rape might look like. Maybe they saw that crap in California where you practically have to take an exam and get notarized documents to have sex with a girl.
  • Humor is humor, bad taste is not outside the First Amendment, nor should it be. I have the right to offend you and you have the right to fracking ignore me (or punch me, either way I'm fine with it). You can't silence every a-hole on the planet without also silencing those who have something intelligent, yet politically objectionable. This country lacks 2 things these days: personal responsibility and common sense.
  • Why these young men did this is quite clear. The reaction is exactly what they expected. They exposed the utter foolishness of feminism's stupidities just like the college men who filled out Clemson's sex questionnaire claiming to have had sex with 500 women in the last month and ten in the last hour.

TEN STORIES OF THE HORROR OF RAPE BY VICTIMS AROUND THE GLOBE

1. PAKISTANI MEN RAPED, STRANGLED AND TRIED TO HANG A WOMAN FROM A TREE.

3 other idiots repeated the crime and were successful in the hanging.

2. PAKISTANI POLICE OFFICER RAPED WOMAN IN EXCHANGE FOR RELEASING HER BROTHER FROM JAIL.

3.  GANG RAPE IN INDIA
A huge problem in parts of India and the middle East with ISIS.

4. AFGHANISTAN RAPE & MURDER

A 20-year-old woman was raped and stabbed to death by her husband in southern Kandahar province. WTF!

5. SWEETA FROM AFGHANISTAN

Sweeta tucked her hands between her thighs and began to rock as she told her story. The details emerged in a monotone, her face expressionless. Last winter she had just stepped out of her house to fetch water from the well when a neighbour approached her. He told her that her father was ill and had been taken to the hospital. He offered her a ride. When she refused, he threw her into his car, his hand over her mouth so no one would hear her scream. He took her to a room in the nearby army garrison. "And then he took off his pants," she says. "He raped me." Sweeta is only 11 years old. CASTRATE THE NEIGHBOUR S.O.B.

6. JADA, FROM HOUSTON TEXAS.

A girl named Jada said in an interview on Tuesday that she was drugged and raped at a friend's party before pictures of the attack emerged online and made her life miserable. She fought back against the Facebook postings and had them removed. BEWARE THOSE WITHOUT EMPATHY!

7. REHTAEH, LEAH PARSONS, CANADA

Rehtaeh Parsons was 17 when she took her life. She told her family she'd been raped, then bullied for months. Her story raises questions about justice, sexual violence, and the role of social media. WHERE DO KIDS LEARN TO BULLY?

8. AN OXFORD UNIVERSITY STUDENT, USING THE PSEUDONYM, MISS MARCELLO WROTE BRAVELY ABOUT HER RAPE.

In her shocking article, she wrote a detailed account of her rape experience, and how the police pressured her to drop the case. The article provoked strong reactions. While the overall response was positive, Marcello was appalled at some of the victim-blaming comments she received. She commented, “I can’t believe some of the things that people come out with. And some of them are amusing for their sheer stupidity.” WE LIVE IN AN ERA OF SMART PHONES AND STUPID PEOPLE!

9. MEXICO RAPE VICTIM FACED PRISON TIME FOR SELF-DEFENCE

One evening Yakiri Rubí Rubio set out to meet her girlfriend when she was approached by two men in the street. They abducted her at knifepoint and took her on their motorcycle to a hotel. She testified that both men beat her, then one of them, Miguel Ángel Anaya, raped her while his brother, Luis Omar Anaya, went out for a smoke. Rubio fought her attacker and wounded him in the abdomen and neck with his own knife. Miguel Ángel then fled the hotel on his motorbike.

Rubio also ran out of the hotel and asked some police officers for help. Bleeding and half naked, she finally managed to arrive at a Public Prosecutor's Office three blocks away. While her various wounds were being treated Luis Omar Anaya arrived and accused her of murdering his brother in a lovers’ quarrel notwithstanding the fact that Rubio is a lesbian.

Rubio was charged with homicide, an offence punishable by 20 to 60 years in prison, and sent to a facility for women who have already been convicted and sentenced. She was later freed and now lives with her parents fearful of leaving home on her own. FROM ONE PRISON TO ANOTHER!

10. MORE MEXICO HORROR

A Nova Scotia woman says her recent trip to a high-end Mexican resort ended up being a nightmare. The woman said she was drugged, sexually assaulted and left face down on a service road at a Tulum hotel complex.  The incident happened in late February, she said, after she was given a shot of tequila from a hotel staffer at the end of a game of beer pong.
