·     Justin Trudeau running for the Leadership of the Federal Liberal Party has many journalists in a panic. Whether or not he is successful will have no effect on hard-boiled Liberals. He will make them feel good. That’s what Liberal Leaders do. Their ideals are based on ‘the Feel Good Phenomenon’. They promote programs that make them feel like they are a good person and don’t ever investigate or care whether or not they work!

·     Moderator Crowley rescued Obama from Romney’s assertion that the US Gov’t dropped the ball on the terrorist attack at their Embassy in Libya. Crowley ended the argument by declaring, incorrectly, the President was right when he declared that he had called the attack a ‘terrorist attack’ the morning after in the ‘Rose Garden’. Obama lied blatantly and got away with it. Crowley should have stayed home!

·     In two attacks in Afghanistan over the past two days, Afghan police officers opened fire on their colleagues, leaving at least eight dead, in the latest episodes of Afghan police and military forces killing one another. Late Thursday, an Afghan police officer and a cook opened fire at a police outpost in Helmand Province, starting an attack that left at least five other police officers dead. So much for training the native population to protect and maintain Western Ideals!
